2017-04-09-21-56-41-725x483

Life sometimes gets busy, and you can get a bit flustered (I know I do), so sleep and your healthy diet might be a little bit neglected and thus your skin might suffering a tad.  When you eventually stumble into the dry, heated air of your bedroom a super long and drawn out night skin care regimen just ain’t gonna happen. Enter Barefaced Vitamin C and E Corrective oil. This lovely light weight oil is packed with skin loving ingredients that is going to tackle a multitude of skin issues in just a few drops of one product! Ergo saving time AND money.

This oil is light weight with no discernible smell (no synthetic fragrances WIN) it applies easily after removing makeup and cleansing your skin. With a multitude of natural plant oils including Apricot Kernel, Avocado, Evening Primrose, Rose Hip and Argan this product is wonderfully moisturizing and nourishing.

So, you may ask, what sets this product apart from all the other lovely carrier oils out there? Well in addition to the benefits of the oils there are other active ingredients added that are each amazing in their own way. These include:

  1. AHA fruit acids

Provides light exfoliation helping sun damaged skin and dry flaky winter skin revealing smoother and more radiant skin.

  1. Marine Collagen

Rich in antioxidants to avoid free radical damage from polluted air, in addition to aiding in the thickening of the epidermis.

  1. Seaweed Extract

Packed with vitamins and minerals Seaweed Extract is both anti-inflammatory and anti-aging whilst also stimulating the skins natural repair process.

  1. Green Tea Extract

Green Tea, being full of catechins, is an antioxidant powerhouse that fights cancer causing agents as well as being anti-inflammatory.

  1. Vitamin E

Vitamin E is incredibly anti-aging, not only does it stimulate the formation of collagen it also accelerates cell regeneration making it a great addition to any product.

  1. Hyaluronic Acid

This ingredient has a great ability to bind to water molecules thus helping in plumping and hydrating parched skin

  1. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a great way to help treat and prevent the harmful effects of UV radiation on the skin as well as stimulating collagen synthesis in the skin.

This oil is also super easy to use just smooth it onto your cleansed skin at night an channel your inner sleeping beauty. It is important to note that some of the ingredients in this serum can cause your skin to become sensitised to the sun so always cleanse it off in the morning and apply SPF. Which is just good practice really!

You can get it here.

With all of these benefits it’s not surprising how almost anyone (not just me) can develop a slight obsession with this product. I would highly recommend it at any time but especially when you have a lot on your plate. I can definitely see myself using this product for years to come.

Have a beautiful day.
